Multi-Process Welders (MIG (GMAW), Pulsed MIG (GMAW-P), Flux Cored (FCAW), DC Electrode (SMAW), DC Lift-Arc ™ TIG (GTAW), Pulsed TIG (GTAW-P)) with Auto-Set and 4 memories to save the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) that allow to guarantee the quality of the welds and a reduction of welding time. With these machines we can weld ferrous metals (Steel of any Alloy, Cast Iron, Nodular Cast Iron) and non-ferrous (Brass, Bronze, Aluminum, Stainless Steel).
Air Plasma Cutting that allows us to cut, bevel and strip ferrous and non-ferrous metals up to 1 ¼ ”at speeds of 1 to 180 IPM in the shape of steel structures and pipes.
Magnetic Drills ultra-compact magnetic drilli with capacity of 1-3/8″ (36 mm) diameter in 2″. The unit’s ultra light weight of 22 lbs
Hydraulic Punches Portable hydraulic punch is the solution to accelerate the production of holes and grooves in beam flanges, angles, channels, plates and bars.
Filler Metals for Welding and Gases
All welding materials and gases are Certified.
All our welders are certified and can work diferents welding processes.
All structure manufacturing is done in compliance with the codes of American Welding Society AWS and American Institute Steel Construction AISC.

All our welders are certified and can work the welding processes SMAW (Metal Arc Welding With Rod), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) among others with mechanized welding application and advanced processes supported for a Quality System and Welding Procedure Specification for each job.
If required, we can include it in the calculations and workshop drawings for manufacturing. We manufacture all the elements that make up a metal structure: columns, beams, channels, angles, plate. Also stability bracing, stiffener plate, stiffener plate, moment connections, bracing and truss connections, steel mounting, installation of joists and metal platforms.
According to the requirements and complexity of the work to be carried out, we can do the manufacturing in our workshop or at the project facilities.
Demolition of Steel Structures
ONLY demolitions of steel structures in buildings and industries. We also dismantle storage tanks and pipes in compliance with safety and environmental codes. All cut material is made to recycle measures.

We build and install steel structures in compliance with American Institute Steel Construction AISC
All the steel structure services are present for the industry in the construction of industrial buildings, in the equipment support structures among others, but as a particularity of the industry are the wear on the components of the machinery.
Wear occurs in the components of an industrial machinery during its productive operation. Many of these components can be repaired by applying special welds that allow the damaged parts to be given chemical, physical and mechanical properties that extend their useful life when they are put back into operation. Our experience has a rate of 1: 3 that is, for every dollar invested in repairing, $ 3.00 is saved.
Whether or not to repair these components depends more on economic than technical reasoning and this must be done by the Plant Engineer to make an economically correct decision.
A simple example, suppose that a new component works 25% of a productive season or cycle, has a cost of $ 4,000.00 and the replacement time is 4 hours with an hourly downtime cost of $ 6,000.00. The total cost of the cycle is [($ 4,000.00 x 4) + ($ 6,000.00 x 4)] equal to $40,000.00
That same discarded component is repaired with special welds at a cost of $ 6,500.00, the replacement time is still 4 hours, the downtime cost equal to $ 6,000.00 but only uses 1 piece in the entire season, so the total cost of the cycle is [ ($ 6,500.00 x 1) + ($ 6,000.00 x 1)] equal to $ 12,500.00 therefore the production cost decreases by saving $ 27,500.00.
It is possible that this saving in the Plant Management allows repairing other pieces or equipment that were awaiting a budget for repair.
